The Role - 6 month Fixed-Term contract / Full-time based at our Epping Head Office

We are looking for a Business Reporting Analyst who will work in partnership with Finance Business Partners, Senior Commercial Analysts, IT, and Digital teams to maintain robust data pipelines, ensure accurate reporting, and deliver visual insights through Power BI and SSRS.

Data Management and Maintenance

  • Maintain FP&A databases and enterprise data warehouse integrations

  • Manage ETL processes to ensure data accuracy and completeness

  • Monitor data refresh schedules and resolve errors promptly

  • Maintain documentation of data models, queries, and processes

Reporting and Analytics Development

  • Develop and enhance SSRS and Power BI reports and dashboards

  • Optimise queries and data models for performance and reliability

  • Support financial modelling and analytics requirements from FP&A

  • Contribute to design and standardisation of corporate reporting templates

Collaboration and Stakeholder Support

  • Work closely with Finance, IT, and Operations to understand reporting needs

  • Provide technical support and training to Finance team members

  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications

  • Support automation and integration of new data sources

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and reduce manual effort

  • Support implementation of BI best practices and governance standards

  • Contribute to system upgrades, data migrations, and testing activities

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, or Commerce

  • 3–5 years' experience in reporting, BI development, or FP&A data management

  • Experience maintaining data warehouses and reporting platforms

  • Advanced SQL skills and experience with SSRS and Power BI

  • Experience with Adaptive Planning or similar tools (desirable)

Skills and Capability

  • Proficiency in SQL scripting and database management

  • Strong understanding of data modelling and ETL processes

  • Experience with API integrations and automation tools

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills

  • Ability to prioritise and manage competing demands
