About the role
L&R Dental are looking for enthusiastic and friendly Dental Assistants to join our team
As a vital team member, you will provide exceptional patient care and support the dentists in delivering high-quality dental services. With a focus on patient experience, you will be an integral part of our friendly and professional practice. We are interviewing for both a casual and a full time role.
What you'll be doing
- Assisting dentists during procedures by passing instruments, mixing materials, and ensuring the treatment room is prepared and maintained
- Greeting and welcoming patients, and ensuring a positive patient experience from start to finish
- Sterilising instruments and equipment according to infection control protocols
- Managing patient records and scheduling appointments
- Supporting the team with administrative tasks as needed
What we're looking for
- Previous experience as a Dental Assistant would be as advantage but is not essential - we're happy to provide training
- Excellent personal presentation, reflecting the high standards of our practice
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients and build trust
- Organised with great attention to detail
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for providing exceptional patient care and supporting the dental team
