Dental Technician

Bring your advanced technical skills and leadership to a role that truly makes a difference. Based in Toowoomba, you'll lead dental prosthetic services across multiple facilities, shaping service delivery, mentoring staff, and helping restore confidence and wellbeing to patients throughout the Darling Downs region.

What your day will look like….

You'll oversee the flow of work in the dental lab, applying advanced skills to design and fabricate prostheses that restore function and confidence. From solving complex technical challenges to guiding your team through service improvements, your day is a blend of hands-on craftsmanship, strategic planning, and meaningful collaboration. Whether you're mentoring staff, advising clinicians, or shaping service delivery, your work will be central to improving patient outcomes and building a stronger oral health network.
