In the role of Specialised Banking Manager, you will join the Transactional Banking Team that's doubling down on customer obsession and winning together.

Each day, you'll go above and beyond to:

  • Support bankers across NSW/ACT to grow revenue and customer satisfaction through targeted transactional solutions.
  • Deliver exceptional service through meaningful customer connections.
  • Educate customers and stakeholders on NAB's banking products and digital channels.
  • Identify opportunities to increase customer participation and product usage.
  • Maintain compliance by adhering to risk, policy and procedural requirements while supporting innovation.

We're looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You'll need:

  • Experience in transactional or business banking
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own business.
  • Strong commercial acumen and customer focus.
  • Interest or experience in financial technology and system integration.
  • Passion for improving customer outcomes and understanding market trends.
