The role:

You'll advise major sponsors, financiers, project companies, and governments across complex project development, M&A and project finance matters. You'll take ownership of matters, provide strategic advice, mentor juniors, and collaborate with leading lawyers across Australia and internationally.

About you:

  • 3–7 years experience as Lawyer in projects, energy/ resources (front end).
  • Be an admitted Lawyer in Australia, New Zealand, UK or similar
  • Excellent drafting, client management and commercial skills
