About us:

Waves Carwash is Canberra's largest premium Carwash, with 3 sites conveniently located within Canberra with the most advanced carwash system in all of Australia. We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Service Expert to join our Operations team as we are continuing to progress with more growth in the future.

About the role:

As our highly motivated, and enthusiastic Customer Service Expert, you will build an outstanding Customer Service Culture within our Operations team. This is an excellent opportunity to build your portfolio in Customer Service / Sales, the position is fast paced and a highly social face to face role, in an organisation where personal and professional development is fostered and genuinly encouraged.

Responsibilities:

  • Interacting with Customers on a day to day basis
  • Building Waves Customer database
  • Help Customers understand who we are and what service we provide.
  • Generate sales leads that develop into new customers
  • Identifying & assessing customers' needs to achieve customer satisfaction.

The right candidate will have:

  • Experience in a similar Customer Service role
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • The ability to be a natural problem solver
  • Will possess great self and teamwork skills to achieve goals
  • Be able to work well with direction whilst also being able to work independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to understand customer needs and expectations and be able to provide the best advice
  • Working rights in Australia
