Responsibilities

  • Undertake actions from Process Engineer to support / steer execution decisions in Supply Chain Engineering Scope.
  • Maintain databases and data pipelines to support analysis.
  • Provide analysis to justify process improvements or cost reduction efforts.
  • Use tools/ software such as Python, SQL, Ignition and Power BI for Data modeling, Simulations and Visualizations.
  • Network with the IS-Digital community to leverage best practices.
  • Present findings and recommendations to engineering, operations, and leadership teams.
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Document methodologies, results, and improvement plans.
  • Participate in process design and redesign discussions with data insights.
  • Support with the implementation actions of the Integrated Supply Chain Planning System.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain, or equivalent
  • Minimum 02 years of hands-on experience working on projects
  • Knowledge and exposure in SQL, Python, Ignition and Power BI
  • Self-motivated, committed, and a good team player
  • Excellent communication skills in both Sinhala & English, Customer Focus & Interpersonal relationship skills
  • Passionate for learning and innovation and good analytical skills
