Are you passionate about early childhood education and love connecting with people? SEEN Education, the team behind St George Montessori and Where We Grow, is seeking a driven and personable Enrolment & Family Experience Coordinator to help families take the first step in their childcare journey.

About the Role

As the Enrolment & Family Experience Coordinator, you'll be the warm and knowledgeable first point of contact for families enquiring about our services. Your role will focus on nurturing leads (parents) from initial enquiry to confirmed enrolment by:

  • Calling families who've submitted enquiries and encouraging them to book a tour
  • Following up after tours to answer questions and convert tours into enrolments
  • Tracking conversion rates, reporting on lead quality and parent feedback
  • Working closely with the marketing and leadership teams to ensure a seamless family experience
  • Supporting the Head of People, Experience and Growth with insights and reporting

Hours & Flexibility

25 hours per week

Flexible scheduling (school hours-friendly or split shifts available)

About You

You're confident on the phone, naturally empathetic, and results-driven. You may come from a sales, customer service, or early childhood sector background – but more than anything, you know how to listen to families and support their decision-making journey.

Key Attributes:

  • Outstanding communication and rapport-building skills
  • Organised, tech-savvy, and confident using CRMs or reporting tools including excel
  • Sales or customer engagement experience is a must.
  • A genuine interest in early education and building community trust
