Your Contributions

  • Bring your experience and technical expertise into the ideation and development of new features in the OTR App that truly deliver our Make Life Easy promise.
  • Achieve best-in-class customer experience by collaborating with developers, designers, backend engineers, and product owners.
  • Guide and coach our teams to improve by utilising innovative technology and modern app design.
  • Deliver business simplification end to end as we enhance loyalty, payments, ordering, and store experiences.
  • Ensure quality, secure, and scalable apps that perform seamlessly for customers nationwide.

What We Are Looking For

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in mobile app development with Android (Kotlin, Kotlin Multiplatform) and iOS (Swift/SwiftUI).
  • Cross-platform deployment experience and ability to optimise for App Store and Google Play.
  • Strong understanding of REST API integration (.NET 8 microservices, JSON, authentication flows such as OAuth2/Azure B2C).
  • Familiarity with modern development patterns (MVVM, dependency injection, reactive programming).
  • Understanding of mobile performance and memory management.
  • Solid experience with source control (Git/GitHub/Bitbucket) and CI/CD pipelines.

Highly Valued

  • Experience integrating payments.
  • Exposure to loyalty, rewards, or digital ordering apps.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) for app services and monitoring.
  • A strong interest in user experience, analytics, and data-driven improvements.
