The Opportunity

We're on the lookout for a Lead Veterinarian to guide our team and clinic through its next phase of growth and excellence. This isn't just another vet role — it's your chance to truly make it your own. With strong support from our network, you'll have the freedom and resources to develop your leadership style and influence every aspect of the clinic's future. You'll champion best-practice clinical standards, nurture team development, and help shape a workplace culture built on collaboration, care, and continuous improvement. Working alongside our new Practice Manager, you'll form a dynamic leadership duo ready to elevate the clinic to new heights.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Veterinary Science (BVSc) or an equivalent degree recognised in Australia.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and/or experience in managing teams
  • Strong surgical and medical skills will be highly regarded
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members and build strong rapport with clients
  • Positive, can-do attitude and a passion for veterinary care
