About the Opportunity

This full-time position offers the chance to make a genuine difference in aged care by being the welcoming face and voice of our facility. You'll build strong relationships with residents and their families while ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional service delivery. As first point of contact for families seeking Aged Care services, you will assist residents and their families in their journey into residential Aged Care.

What You'll Do

• Provide warm, professional support to residents, families, and visitors
• Assist with admissions processes and maintain accurate resident records
• Coordinate with care teams to ensure seamless communication
• Handle administrative tasks and support facility operations
• Foster a welcoming environment that reflects our values of compassion and respect
• Provide tours of the facility and its amenities to ensure prospective residents and their families are well informed to make their choices

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help others
• Experience in customer service, administration, or healthcare settings preferred
• A track record of success in sales including strong negotiation and outstanding customer service
• Has the ability to conduct cold calls and secure new referral sources
• Knowledge of Aged Care including fees and funding (Ideal but not essential)
• Proficiency with computer systems and attention to detail
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and discretion
• Flexible approach and willingness to learn
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of care and service
