Position: Permanent Full Time and Part Time Disability and Aged Care Support Worker

Location: Osborne Park | hours per week

What You'll Do
  • Provide a premium care experience for our clients that is genuine, compassionate and personalised.
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living including personal care, meal preparation, medicatio management, light housekeeping, transport and companionship.
  • Deliver care in accordance with the clients care plan that has been developed by our Care Designers (Registered Nurse)
  • Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properly
  • Complete documentation accurately and thoughtfully

Requirements
  • Must have a minimum of 1 year experience as a Support Worker/Caregiver
  • Minimum Cert III Aged Care | Community | Disability| Individual Support
  • Right to work in Australia
  • Passionate about making a difference.
  • Drivers License and access to reliable transport in order to get to and from clients
  • Working with Children's Check
  • NDIS Worker Screen
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module Completion
  • Current First Aid/CPR
  • Must be able to speak and write in English. Other languages will be an asset.
  • Ability to identify and report client care concerns to Care Designers when needed.
  • Ability to build relationships and have a genuine, care oriented nature.
  • Need to be prepared to drive at least 30 mins to get to client visits
