The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Team Assistant who enjoys variety and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Acting as the organisational hub for the Leadership Team, you'll play a key role in keeping priorities on track and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing proactive administrative support to the Leadership Team
  • Managing complex diaries, travel, and meeting coordination
  • Preparing correspondence, presentations, and reports with a high level of accuracy
  • Coordinating internal meetings and events, including agendas, minutes, and follow-ups
  • Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers professionally and efficiently
  • Supporting broader office operations and contributing to team initiatives

Your Profile

  • 3-5 years' experience as a Team Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar support role
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Professional, adaptable, and confident when dealing with senior stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a genuine desire to support others
