Beaini is looking for a reliable, skilled, and hands-on Construction Handyman / Defects Technician to join our team full-time. Great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety & problem-solving.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Working across multiple sites within Sydney—mainly on post-construction works but also assisting with live construction projects when needed. Your day-to-day may include:

  • Attending and resolving defect items on completed residential, retail, and commercial projects
  • Carrying out general maintenance and repair work (carpentry, patching, painting, fixing fittings, etc.)
  • Assisting on active construction sites – general labouring, building handrails, tidying sites, small fix-ups
  • Coordinating with supervisors to efficiently complete jobs.
  • Working independently and professionally while visiting occupied apartments or tenanted premises

ABOUT YOU

We're looking for someone who's:

  • Reliable, practical & solutions focused
  • Experienced and versatile in handyman or facilities maintenance roles
  • Skilled across trades, building repairs & light construction
  • Neat, presentable & a clear communicator
  • Comfortable & confident dealing with tenants & owners
  • Trade-qualified (carpentry or general building trade highly regarded)
  • Current driver's licence
