Are you a designer who knows how to balance creativity with commercial reality? We're looking for a Mid to Senior Interior Designer who can take ownership of workplace design projects end-to-end, presenting ideas with confidence, creating functional beauty, and supporting our sales team in securing outstanding client outcomes.

We design and build inspiring & people-powered workplaces, specialising in the office and health sector.

Overview of the position:

As a Mid-level to Senior Interior Designer, you'll have the opportunity to lead workplace design projects independently, collaborating with our national teams and local delivery partners to ensure each project is completed on time, within budget, and to Concept's design standards.

Our expectations of you:

·       At least five years of design experience, with a strong focus on commercial interior workplace fit outs and valuable exposure to healthcare or similar spaces

·       Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Suite, and compliance knowledge.

·       Ability to deliver functional, budget-conscious designs alongside clients and teams.

·       Phenomenally confident in presenting concepts, nailing pitches and leading design discussions.

·       Strong visual/verbal skills with construction and regulatory expertise.

·       Ability to guide and mentor junior designers, sharing your expertise across the team
