We are seeking an Interior Designer to join our growing studio. This position suits a proactive professional with at least 3 years of local experience in interior design.

We welcome applications from mid-level to senior designers, with salary packages tailored to experience.

You'll play a central role in designing and documenting interiors, liaising with clients and ensuring our projects reflect the studio's design vision. Strong design sensibility, technical ability, and communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with project architects.
  • Develop concept designs, mood boards, and 3D visualisations.
  • Prepare detailed documentation, joinery drawings, and schedules.
  • Present and communicate ideas clearly to clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage the interior design scope and client engagement directly.
  • Work closely with architects to ensure interiors complement the broader architectural design intent.
  • Lead and deliver design presentations to clients.
  • Select and specify materials, finishes, fixtures, and fittings.
  • Attend site inspections and construction meetings as needed.
  • Oversee interior design outcomes, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget alignment.

Skills & Experience

  • Proficiency in Revit for documentation.
  • Experience using Lumion for rendering.
  • Strong presentation and scheduling skills.
  • Ability to interpret architectural intent seamlessly design accordingly.
  • Deep knowledge of materials, fixtures, and finishes.
  • Attention to detail and highly organised.
  • Experience managing interior design scopes independently with clients.
  • A collaborative mindset, able to thrive in a busy design practice.
