Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager and Intake Manager located in Queensland, Australia. The Business Development Manager and Intake Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with current and potential clients. This includes conducting market research, developing strategies for growth, overseeing the intake process, managing client inquiries, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Additionally, the role involves creating comprehensive care plans, monitoring client progress, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development, market research, and strategic planning
  • Strong client relationship management skills and effective communication abilities
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to oversee the intake process
  • Knowledge and experience in the disability support sector, including NDIS guidelines
  • High level of empathy, compassion, and understanding of the needs of individuals with disabilities
  • Relevant qualifications in Business, Healthcare Management, or related fields
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently
  • Proficient in using relevant software and tools for client management and reporting
