Melbourne, Victoria, Australia ce0807dc-ff0c-46e7-b15e-814f9eb8bc7d Full time $120,000 - $180,000 per year

We are looking for a high-impact Financial Systems Transformation Manager to lead the transition from a legacy consolidation system to a modern cloud-based platform. This full-time role sits within a major global transformation program and will shape the future of financial systems and reporting across a large, multinational organisation.

Our client is a global leader in responsible consumer packaging and dispensing solutions, operating across nutrition, health, beauty and wellness categories. The organisation is modernising its financial systems to improve consolidation, governance, automation and reporting. This role is central to the finance transformation function and will drive the selection and implementation of the new cloud consolidation solution.

You will lead the end-to-end process: gathering requirements, managing the RFP, evaluating vendors, and overseeing system design, configuration, testing and deployment. You will work with global finance and technology teams to ensure the solution meets business needs and supports a stable, compliant consolidation environment. You will also manage security controls, metadata structures, data integration, and support key financial cycles, while identifying automation opportunities and driving continuous improvement. Training, documentation and user support will be important components of the role.

Reporting to a senior transformation leader, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors, support enhancement releases and issue resolution, and ensure decisions align with broader transformation goals. This role has direct impact on financial accuracy, consolidation efficiency and reporting integrity across global operations.

You will bring at least 10 years' experience in financial consolidation or EPM systems, with hands-on expertise in OneStream and/or Oracle FCCS and prior experience with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM). Strong skills in requirements gathering, vendor selection, implementation, and understanding of accounting and consolidation processes are essential. You will be analytical, detail-focused and comfortable working across global teams. A degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting or a related field is required.

This role is both strategic and hands-on, with decisions influencing consolidation workflows and reporting outcomes across the organisation. If you are interested, please apply through the portal to register your interest.

Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples are encouraged to apply.
