What You'll Do:

As a Process Operator Trainee, you'll receive training and mentoring from industry professionals while learning to:

  • Operate and control plant equipment safely.

  • Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment isolations.

  • Use basic hand tools for essential tasks.

  • Perform daily Housekeeping & Tasks.

  • Assist with emergency breakdowns and process improvements.

  • Develop computer skills for operational tracking.

  • Maintain high safety, environmental, and workplace standards.
