Wildflower Restaurant, a 3-hatted, award winning restaurant at the top of Perth's State Buildings, has a rare opening for an experienced, passionate and creative Sous Chef to join our Kitchen operations.
About the Role
We are currently seeking an aspiring Sous Chef to join our talented team at Wildflower. This is a fantastic next career move, for someone interested in progression and having creative input in an exciting and dynamic kitchen.
Candidates will have the following skills and experiences:
- A strong work ethic, a passion to create good food and a desire to succeed.
- Relevant qualification in commercial cookery.
- Exceptionally skilled, with at least three years' experience in a high-end restaurant.
- As this is a hands-on management role, the ability to train employees and supervise the Wildflower team.
- Be a highly organised kitchen manager that works autonomously to lead the team.
- Excellent attention to detail and exceptional communication.
- Outstanding time management during preparation and service times.
