About The Client

They are a leading provider of high-quality road solutions across the Midwest and Gascoyne regions. With two asphalt manufacturing plants, a dedicated Traffic Management Department established in 2016, and a team of over 50 skilled professionals & is known for delivering exceptional results with integrity and professionalism.

What you will be doing

The Asphalt Production Supervisor will be responsible for leading and supervising the asphalt production team, ensuring KPIs are set, monitored, and achieved. This role requires providing hands-on leadership, accountability, and support to the team while maintaining production efficiency and safety. The Supervisor will also liaise with government clients, including Main Roads, and ensure work is delivered to commercial and civil standards.

What you need

  • Vailid White Card
  • General construction tickets (roller and skid steer)
  • 5–10 years' experience in the asphalt industry, ideally in a leadership/supervisory capacity
  • Previous experience supervising teams on highways or government/civil projects
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple prioritie
  • Willing and able to complete Pre-employment medical and Drug & Alcohol screening
