We are looking for an experienced Estimator to join our Sydney team, based full-time at our Lane Cove office.

Your key responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage tender submissions and expressions of interest
  • Estimate and tender for local government and infrastructure projects
  • Allocate resources and coordinate tender documentation
  • Integrate OHS and QA requirements into submissions
  • Conduct post-tender negotiations with clients and stakeholders
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships across the industry

About you

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in estimating, ideally within landscape or civil construction
  • Strong knowledge of Benchmark Estimating Software and Microsoft Project
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Motivated, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player
  • Full working rights in Australia
