Senior Operations Manager

The Job:

• Refine production plans and organize the implementation of production according to the production targets set by the company.

• Supervise various process parameters in the production process to ensure that the production process meets the process requirements and the product quality is stable.

• Be responsible for the 5S management of the production site to create a clean and orderly production environment.

• Coordinate various problems arising in the production process, communicate and solve them with relevant departments in a timely manner to ensure the smooth progress of production.

• Organize the implementation of production safety management systems, conduct regular safety inspections, and prevent safety accidents.

• Participate in the formulation and optimization of production processes, promote process improvement, and improve production efficiency and product quality.

• Be responsible for the daily maintenance of production equipment to ensure that the equipment is in good operating condition and reduce equipment failures.

• Organize the training and skill improvement of production personnel, establish an efficient production team, and improve the overall quality of the team.

• Control production costs, analyze cost components, put forward measures to reduce costs and increase efficiency, and enhance the profitability of the enterprise.

• Participate in the formulation and optimization of production processes, promote process improvement, and improve production efficiency and product quality.

• Be responsible for the daily maintenance of production equipment to ensure that the equipment is in good operating condition and reduce equipment failures.

• Organize the training and skill improvement of production personnel, establish an efficient production team, and improve the overall quality of the team.

• Control production costs, analyze cost components, put forward measures to reduce costs and increase efficiency, and enhance the profitability of the enterprise.

• Participate in the trial production and introduction of new products and new processes to ensure the smooth implementation of new projects and the achievement of expected goals.

• Be responsible for the collection, analysis and reporting of production data to provide decision support for management.

The Incumbent:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering or related majors.

• 8 years or more of production management experience in the chemical/metallurgical industry. Those with production experience in lithium salt products (such as lithium hydroxide, lithium carbonate) are preferred. Be able to promote the continuous improvement of production processes and management methods.

• Familiar with production safety management systems and have production safety management experience.

• Have good organizational coordination ability and team management ability, and have a strong willingness and ability to become a team leader.

• Be able to independently and proficiently use English as the working language, including daily meetings, reports and written documents.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 24 months

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
