Responsibilities

• Drive the growth strategy for Dare and Farmers Union Iced Coffee, delivering results across P&L, brand health, and market share
• Lead NPD from spark to shelf, bringing fresh innovations to life with cross-functional teams
• Deliver bold, integrated campaigns that keep Dare top of mind (and top of cart)
• Analyse, optimise, and act—turning insights into growth and opportunities into wins

• Proven FMCG commercial marketing leader with a track record of delivering results
• Strategic visionary with expertise in TTL campaigns, innovation, and budget ownership
• An inspiring leader who thrives on coaching and motivating high-performing teams
• A collaborative doer—adept at driving complex projects with impact
• A natural storyteller who can sell a vision, win hearts, and grow brands
