The Development, Design & Construction (DD&C) team brings our strategic vision to life by shaping, building and delivering our assets. From early-stage planning and design through to construction and handover, the team creates high-quality, sustainable, and innovative spaces that enhance the experience for our customers, retailers, and communities. DD&C ensures that our centres continue to evolve, stay relevant, and drive long-term value for the business.
Day-to-day you will be responsible for:
- Providing comprehensive, clear, efficiently documented design information.
- Ensuring that information provided and produced is accurate, co-ordinated, compliant, functional and buildable.
- Ensuring relevant codes, Australian Standards and NCC requirements are addressed.
- Ensuring that information produced is compliant with the approved concepts.
- Timely delivery in accordance with the Tender Letting Schedule (TLS) and/or agreed programs.
- Lease & Sketch plans production turn-around times are within agreed benchmarks.
- Contributes to the Safety in Design process to ensure designs are safe to build, operate and maintain; and
- Provide design assistance during the execution of the works and the leasing effort.
This role is permanent, full-time
What sets you apart
Previous experience in a similar role within Property, Retail, Commercial or Consulting highly regarded.Proficiency in Autocad and Revit are required.
