This is an ideal situation for an ArchiCAD proficient technician/ documenter looking to work on luxury low-density apartment projects in a positive and productive work environment with flexible arrangements. This studio is design-focused and produce super high-end work - they also work on multiple community projects as a genuine outreach for positive social impact.

They have a calendar of team events and are able to provide industry-leading flexible working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Join an established team working mostly on low-density multi-Residential projects
  • ArchiCAD documentation through all stages - focus on construction documentation initially
  • Coordination with external consultants
  • Lead documentation packages working under a Director

Skills and Experience

  • Completed qualifications within Architecture/ Building Design
  • Strong ArchiCAD skills
  • Previous experience working on multi-Residential or high-end house projects
  • Good knowledge of BCA and Australian Standards
  • Confident documentation skills
