We are looking for an experienced Unity Game Developer to join our team to build, optimize, and enhance mobile games. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Unity (2D & 3D), with proven experience in game development, reskinning, ad optimization, in-app purchases (IAPs), and third-party SDK integrations.

You will work closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver engaging, scalable, and high-performance games that provide an excellent player experience while also maximizing monetization.


Key Responsibilities

  • Game Development & Reskinning

  • Develop new game features and mechanics in Unity (C#).

  • Reskin existing games with new themes, assets, and gameplay adjustments.
  • Ensure smooth performance across Android and iOS platforms.

  • Monetization & Optimization

  • Implement and optimize in-app purchases (IAPs), ensuring seamless user experience and compliance with platform guidelines.

  • Integrate and optimize ad networks (Unity Ads, AdMob, IronSource, AppLovin, etc.) to maximize revenue.
  • Conduct A/B testing for ad placements, formats, and frequencies.

  • SDK & Third-Party Integrations

  • Integrate third-party SDKs for analytics, ads, attribution, leaderboards, push notifications, and multiplayer features.

  • Maintain compatibility and update SDKs when required.

  • Performance & Quality

  • Optimize game assets, UI, and code to ensure minimal load times and memory usage.

  • Debug and fix issues, ensuring stable builds for release.
  • Work with QA to ensure bug-free gameplay and smooth app store submission.
