We are seeking:

  • Female Support Workers to cover the region
  • Candidates with knowledge of Behaviour Support & Mental Health
  • Uni Students welcomed – great opportunity to gain hands-on experience

Shifts Available (Monday – Sunday):

  • Morning Active: 6am – 9am
  • Afternoon: 3pm – 10pm
  • Inactive Sleepover: 10pm – 6am
  • Community Access: 9am – 3pm
  • other ADHOC shifts

Certificates & Licences Required:

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Working with Children Check
  • First Aid and CPR Certificate
  • Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or equivalent
  • Australian Driver's Licence and fully insured vehicle

Pay Rates

E3.1 (Casual in home and SIL)

SCHADS Award E3.1 Casual Rates (before tax):

  • Base hourly rate: $35.15
  • Afternoon shift (shift ends between 8pm and midnight, Monday to Friday): $38.67
  • Active Night shift (Finishes after midnight or starts before 6am, Monday to Friday) $39.37
  • Saturday: $49.21
  • Sunday: $63.27
  • Public holiday: $77.33
