Role Overview
As a Senior Consultant, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Purview solutions for partners. You'll provide strategic guidance, technical leadership, and hands-on delivery across projects focused on collaboration, compliance, and data governance.
Key Responsibilities
Microsoft Purview
- Architect and implement data governance solutions using Microsoft Purview, including:
- Data classification, labelling, and lifecycle management
- Insider Risk Management, Information Protection, and Communication Compliance
- Integration with Microsoft 365 compliance tools and third-party platforms
- Conduct technical health checks and readiness assessments
- Support proof-of-concept and production deployments
- Advise clients on compliance strategies and regulatory alignment
- Monitor and optimise Purview environments for performance and security
Microsoft SharePoint
- Lead the design and deployment of SharePoint Online and on-premises solutions
- Develop custom workflows, document libraries, and business process automation using Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate)
- Provide governance and security best practices for SharePoint environments
- Conduct stakeholder workshops and requirements gathering sessions
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Microsoft SharePoint and/or Microsoft Purview consulting
- Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, SPFx, REST APIs, and Power Platform
- Proven experience with Microsoft Purview tools including Data Loss Prevention, Compliance Manager, and eDiscovery
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience in Agile delivery environments
