THE ROLE

WPF Duratec is expanding its operations and looking for an experienced Labour and Onboarding Coordinator to join our high performing Site Services and Projects teams.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with the hiring manager to confirm labour requirements for upcoming projects
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including posting job ads, shortlisting, screening, interviewing and conducting reference checks
  • Onboard new employees by managing documentation, verifying work rights and booking medicals
  • Maintain and update registers, rosters, matrices, and perform data entry into relevant software systems
  • Ensuring site compliance by assigning inductions, verifying tickets and certificates, organising PPE and booking required training
  • Coordinate mobilisation logistics including flights, accommodation and car hire
  • Working with HR to ensure all documentation is complete for issuing Letters Of Offer.

ABOUT YOU

  • Experience in offshore Oil & Gas / energy sector
  • Team player – work effectively in a positive and cooperative team environment
  • Safety is crucial – be pro-active in maintaining a safe work environment including housekeeping activities
  • Professional attitude, take pride in own work

Qualifications, Licenses & Tickets

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Recruitment, Onboarding or Mobilisation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook essential; Teams and PowerPoint preferred)
  • Experience with OPMS, PageUp, ISN and MyPass is advantageous
