Role Overview

Reo Group are currently partnering with an award winning and growing regional Business Services firm based in South-West Sydney who are looking to engage a Senior Manager for their team. We are seeking an ambitious individual who can manage a portfolio of clients, engage with, and advise Owners and CEO's in the $2-$5 million turnover space and look to grow their own portfolio of new clients over time.

As a natural partner to clients, you'll have the opportunity to lead a team, own a locally based client portfolio, and look to provide value for businesses in a variety of industries.
 

Responsibilities

• Providing an excellent level of Client Management, including relationship management and service.
• Team Management and mentoring of locally based and offshore staff
• Driving business development initiatives, including networking and identifying new opportunities to acquire clients
• Client Financial Statement Preparation
• Managing and delegating workflow
• Management of accurate client billing and reporting

Candidate Profile

We are seeking someone who is ideally coming from a medium sized suburban firm or mid-tier practice and likely to have already held a management position. This serves as a great opportunity for a CA / CPA Qualified candidate to take the next step in their career journey, who is ambitious and keen to progress, and holds a passion for networking, driving business growth and being viewed as an extension to their client's business.
