An outstanding opportunity for an experienced Retail Development Executive to reimagine and subsequently deliver the redevelopment of one of Australia's best performing shopping centres.

Narellan Town Centre is a 72,000m2 regional shopping centre based at Narellan in South West Sydney. The centre is privately owned by two South West Sydney-based family owned development groups who have developed and owned the centre from the outset.

Narellan Town Centre is a thriving retail and community hub and enjoys status as one of the top ten performing shopping centres nationally.

The centre has considerable potential for further growth on land already held by the owners and sits in a prime position within the South West corridor due to experience significant growth over the next two decades, with transport hubs and new housing communities already planned.

**The Role**

Our client is now seeking a Senior Development Manager/Project Director to drive the ongoing growth of the centre over a number of future stages.

The role would involve the following tasks:

- leading and coordinating strategy sessions to identify growth opportunities for NTC;
- leading the master planning of future stages for the centre;
- undertaking feasibility assessments of proposals, working closely with the centre management and leasing teams;
- engaging with approval authorities and Camden Council and NSW Government agencies as required;
- assisting with tendering, detailed design coordination and construction management; and
- reporting to the NTC Board.

You will be seeking a challenging role in a small team delivering exceptional project opportunities. You will have a hands-on approach and a strong sense of accountability and integrity, with a desire to have a high level of responsibility for project outcomes.
