- Applied knowledge in contemporary evidence based AOD clinical practice.
- Demonstrated expertise in residential treatment service delivery with a sound knowledge of the potential risk elements specific to this type of environment.
- Experience in developing and delivering education programs and group facilitation with AOD clients.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage own workload.
- Highly developed communication and community engagement skills.
- Membership or eligibility for membership with relevant professional body such as Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) (desirable).

- Minimum Bachelor in Psychology, Social Work, Human Services or related discipline.

- You are humble, human and full of hope.
- You show up and share.
- You ask: Why not? And what's next?
- You leave a positive wake.
Why? We believe that through these values, we do our best work - for each other, for clients, and for the communities we work in. And it's a promise we make to you about the kind of experience you will have working for us.
Why work for Lives Lived Well?
Well, it's about people, purpose, impact, and growth.
You'll love working with talented people who share our values. Our services and treatments are as diverse as the communities we work in. And we've grown significantly in the past few years, with no plans of slowing down.
So, what does that mean for you? A real opportunity to go further
- You'll grow as a person and as a professional, extending your knowledge and skills beyond the norm.
- You'll be trusted with autonomy in a supportive, respectful environment.
- You'll make a lasting impact - on clients, the community and a team that cares as much as you.
And while you support others, we'll support you with some great benefits, including:
