Our client is seeking an Associate Dentist for a well-established, highly reputable practice in Ingham, near Townsville.

You'll step into an established book, taking over from a dentist who is relocating.

- Flexible Work Options: You have the option to choose your hours, whether it's 5 days a week, a 9-day fortnight, or 3-4 days a week. Part-time associates will float between two practices, offering flexibility in your schedule.

ABOUT YOU
- A patient-centric dentist with 2+ years of experience (grads also considered).
- You are a team player, you like working in collaborative environments where cases can be discussed among peers
- You have a friendly chairside manner and have the ability to communicate well and make anyone feel comfortable
- Be a people person and make an impact on the community
- Confident in general dentistry; skills in wisdom tooth extractions, aligners, or implants are a bonus.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively present and convert treatment plans.
- A team player with a positive attitude, willing to adapt and grow with the practice.
- You have AHPRA registration without conditions
- You hold current professional indemnity insurance
- You have a growth mindset and are always open to improvement and learning new things
