We are seeking an energetic and well-organised Spare Parts Interpreter to join the team. Experience is preferred, however we are prepared to offer full training to the right person. Working within a friendly team environment you will be responsible for understanding customer needs and offering proactive advice on all suitable products, their prices, availability status, warranties and applications. You will deal directly with our technical team, Trade customers and Retail customers, providing time efficient and customer centric solutions.

To be successful in this role you will be naturally well-organised, highly motivated, with attention to detail and superior interpersonal skills. Highly desirable is previous experience in a similar role as well as demonstrated administration competency, with the ability to prioritise and communicate openly and effectively within a dynamic team

About the role

A Spare Parts Interpreter is a key member of the Parts and Service teams as well as our interface with trade and retail customers.

To excel in this role, you need a combination of good administrative skills, attention to detail and the confidence to communicate with a wide range of people and be dedicated to delivering 'best in class' customer experience.

About you

To be successful within this role you will possess the following skills and attributes:

  • Previous experience in Parts Interpretation and/or Parts Sales is highly desirable.
  • Professional who will work and foster relationships within the team.
  • Energetic, respectful and take pride in your work.
  • Honest and reliable.
  • Solution focused
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • A passion for exceeding customer expectations
  • Confident computer skills and a sound typing speed (critical)
  • Drivers License.
