The National Practice Coach drives high-quality therapeutic care across Out of Home Care services. Reporting to the Practice Manager, you coach leaders and frontline teams to embed evidence-based practice, strengthen capability, and improve outcomes for children and young people.

Duties
• Coach managers and teams to apply therapeutic frameworks
• Guide practice using evidence, data, and reflective tools
• Support compliance with legislation and quality standards
• Build capability through coaching, training, and feedback
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Skills & Experience
• Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
• Proven expertise in Out of Home Care or child protection
• Strong knowledge of trauma-informed and therapeutic models
• Ability to coach, train, and influence diverse teams
• Commitment to cultural safety and inclusivity
