Operations Manager – Make an Impact with Cleanaway

What You'll Do
- Lead and support a small but mighty team, including drivers, admin, and sales.
- Build strong relationships with our key customer and deliver exceptional service every day.
- Drive a safety-first culture, ensuring everyone goes home safely, every day.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, streamline operations, and meet performance targets.
- Track and analyse operational performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and resources effectively.
- Be the go-to problem solver for any escalations, quick thinking and calm under pressure.
About You
We need someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating with others to achieve common goals. Additionally, we are looking for someone who shares our values and is committed to making a positive impact in everything they do.
Skills And Experience Required
- Proven experience managing teams in an operational enviroment.
- A current driver's licence.
- A strong safety mindset, you lead by example.
- Experience in the waste management, logistics, or similar operational environment.
- Confident with systems and the MS Office suite.
- Strong collaboration skills, you work well across teams and departments.
- A practical, solutions-focused approach, you get things done.
