We are seeking an experienced Civil Utility Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be involved in trenching, excavation, and the installation of power poles, conduits, underground cabling systems, and general civil utility project works including pipework and reinstatement.

What You'll Do:

· Operate and maintain excavation and hydro-excavation equipment

· Assist and support civil works, including trenching, conduit installation pipework & reinstatement

· Work closely with Powerline Workers to ensure safe and efficient completion of construction projects.

· Adhere to safety regulations and site compliance standards

What You'll Need:

· Minimum 5 years of experience in civil construction (preferably with exposure to electrical distribution)

· Proficiency in operating excavation & hydro-excavation equipment

· HR truck licence (HC advantageous)

· Construction Worker Card (White Card - mandatory)

· Strong understanding of trenching, conduit installation & reinstatement works

· Ability to read and interpret project drawings & plans

· Team-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to safety

Bonus Qualifications (Highly Regarded):

· VESI Civil Worker Certification

· VEDN Certification

· Traffic Management Certification

· Forklift or other plant operation licences
