We're currently seeking an experienced
Accounts Receivable Officer
to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for all elements of the accounts receivable function and for the provision and promotion of a high-quality standard of customer service.

A day in the life:

  • Ensuring accurate and timely billing to airline customers in a timely manner
  • Raising and issuing invoices / credit notes and resolving billing issues
  • Monitor overdue accounts & follow up with airline customers regarding any outstanding payments
  • Investigating and resolving disputes in timely manner
  • Collection and credit management of accounts receivable balances
  • Maintain a professional and proactive approach with our customers

To succeed in the role, you will need:

  • Qualification in Accounting
  • Demonstrated experience in a high-volume accounts receivable role
  • Customer service focused
  • Must have airport/airline experience
  • Understanding of accounting principles and practices
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A high level of proficiency in the use of Excel
  • Positive can-do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond
