About the Role

Our Client is seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Lead to drive the delivery of enterprise-level Salesforce projects. This is a leadership role where you will guide technical teams, design robust solutions, and ensure best practice implementation across multiple projects. You will work closely with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Salesforce development teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Interpret business needs and design tailored Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise architecture.
  • Champion configuration over code, leveraging out-of-the-box features and best practices.
  • Present technical designs and prototypes to governance forums.
  • Manage Salesforce releases through CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
  • Oversee development environments, including test data seeding and refreshes.
  • Ensure compliance with security and records management requirements.

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 5+ years in a leadership role delivering enterprise Salesforce projects.
  • Deep technical expertise in Apex, LWC, Aura, and front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML/CSS).
  • Strong proficiency in declarative configurations (Flows, Permission Sets, Security Models).
  • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and omni-channel routing.
  • Proven ability to design solutions, prepare technical documentation, and align with compliance frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience managing releases through Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and provide evidence-based recommendations.
  • NV1 security clearance (or ability to obtain).

Desirable

  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Omnistudio for portal and console design.
  • Proven track record implementing and maintaining Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce workloads.
