Veterinary Receptionist / Administration Assistant – Full Time

Crows Nest Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced Veterinary Receptionist/Administration Assistant to join our friendly and professional team full-time. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional client care and thrive in a dynamic clinic environment, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll do:

  • Provide warm, professional service to clients and patients in person, over the phone, and via email.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by assisting with enquiries and requests.
  • Manage scheduling of appointments and procedures.
  • Oversee daily administration tasks, including insurance claims, patient histories, and banking.
  • Keep reception organised, welcoming, and efficient.
  • Support workflow across the clinic, working collaboratively with the wider team.
  • Handle key admin functions: recalls, ordering, stocktake, and insurance processes.
  • Liaise with support office teams, including IT, to ensure smooth clinic operations.
