The opportunity
We're looking for a detail-driven, curious, and motivated Assistant Analyst to join our Non-Custodial Investments team
This is your chance to be part of a high-performing group that supports the Multi-Asset Portfolio Service (MAPS) a key offering in our investment platform.
You'll play a vital role in onboarding new accounts, liaising with advisers and fund managers, and streamlining processes that make a real difference to our clients.
What You'll Be Doing:Onboarding new MAPS accounts for non-custodial investments
Verifying and importing historical asset data into client portfolios
Reviewing applications, LPOAs, redemptions, and fund manager instructions
Reconciling income tax components and processing adjustments
Participating in user acceptance testing for system upgrades
Driving process improvements and contributing to smarter, faster workflows
A solid understanding of ASX securities, bonds, managed funds, and unlisted assets
A hunger to learn investment admin processes like capital calls, valuations, and corporate actions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
A sharp eye for detail and a proactive mindset
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience with WRAP/Super platforms is a bonus
