If you have experience as a medical, allied health or in a similar health related administrative or support role, this could be the perfect next step for you.
What you'll be doing:
- Coordinating day-to-day admin and business support tasks, including meeting rooms, schedules, and correspondence.
- Providing friendly, professional service to colleagues and visitors.
- Following up on tasks to keep things on track and deadlines met.
- Handling sensitive and confidential information with care.
- Using your tech skills in MS Office to support reporting, scheduling, and communication.
- Keeping records accurate and processes running smoothly.
- Spotting small improvements to make admin tasks easier and more efficient.
What we're looking for:
- Experience in allied health, health services, or medical administration.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Organised, detail-focused and reliable.
- Tech-savvy with confidence using MS Office
