**About the Role**

The Team Leader is responsible for leading, supporting, and supervising a team of Psychosocial Support Workers. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring participants receive high-quality, person-centred care while empowering staff to excel in their roles.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing **support, mentorship, and supervision** to PSWs to enhance service quality and staff development.
- Overseeing **referrals, intake, and service agreements**, ensuring participants are matched with the right support worker.
- Coordinating **service delivery** and monitoring participant progress to improve outcomes.

- Have experience working with people facing mental health challenges or psychosocial disabilities.
- Be a natural mentor—someone who leads with integrity, empathy, and adaptability.
- Be highly organised, able to balance team leadership, service coordination, and participant needs.
- Take a proactive and solutions-focused approach to challenges.
