We are seeking a motivated individual to join our IT team in the role of
IT Support Officer
. As an integral member of the IT Support Team, you will play a crucial role in providing IT support to the Group in national locations. The role is based in Procare's
He
ad Office in Alexandria.
Some of the duties involved in your new role;

  • Respond to end-user technical support requests - Analyse, identify, diagnose, troubleshoot, and assist in resolving technical issues.
  • Install and configure computer hardware, software, and associated equipment.
  • Create new users assist with onboarding
  • Assist in maintaining Corporate IT infrastructure.
  • Assist with video conferencing systems and rooms, Zoom and Teams.
  • Actively participate in continual service improvement programs.
  • Find opportunities for service improvement and engage the relevant teams to reduce Service Desk time taken to resolve/escalate Incidents & Requests.

Ideal attributes you will have should include:

  • Proficient in common day to day IT applications and platforms including Microsoft 365 suite, Windows, Active Directory, Exchange, Windows Server.
  • Relevant technical qualification (desirable but not essential);
  • Demonstrated IT Support Desk experience (desirable but not essential)
