As a 2IC....

will assist the Director of Service in delivering an exceptional experience for the children in our care. This will include:

Assist with the creation and implementation of enriching experiences based on the preferences of the children in your program (programming)
Support the program compliance, ensuring a high quality service that exceeds industry standards.
Build strong relationships with the school, including parents & the wider community.
Play and have FUN with primary school aged children
Opportunity to develop your Coordinator skills and take ownership during School Holiday periods.
The hours for this role are Monday to Friday:

7.00am - 9.00am (Before School Care)
3.00pm - 6.00pm (After School Care)

This role attracts a split shift allowance of $17.97 per day in addition to your hourly rate.

Longer hours are available during School Holiday programs.

You:

You're passionate about kids, have a positive, can do attitude and just love to have fun
You're a strong team player and love leading a team to success.
Keen to learn and develop your skills in this industry.
You have outstanding communication skills, and a desire to WOW your customers.
You may already be working towards or have completed an ACECQA recognised qualification, but if not, we have a traineeship just for you Talk to us about this.
