Join the crew at BIG4 Ingenia Holidays Inverloch as a Guest Experience Officer. Located just 90 minutes from Melbourne, where the beach is your backyard and good vibes are part of the uniform. Reporting to the Park Manager, we're all about creating unforgettable getaways, and we need someone awesome like you to help make that happen.

In this Role, You'll

  • Welcome guests like they're old friends; smiles, high-fives, and all.
  • Share the best local tips (like where to find the best fish & chips or secret beach spots).
  • Handle check-ins and check-outs like a pro.
  • Keep the good vibes flowing with top-notch customer service.
  • Team up with housekeeping and maintenance to keep the park sparkling.

You're Likely a Match If You

  • Love connecting with people and making their day a little brighter.
  • Have some experience in hospitality or tourism (extra kudos if it's in a holiday park).
  • Feel confident using tech—or are keen to learn booking systems and Microsoft tools.
  • Are organised, detail-focused, and thrive in a team environment.
  • Hold a valid 'C' Class Driver's Licence and a Working with Children Check (or are happy to get one).
