About the role

Essential HealthCare WA is seeking an enthusiastic and persuasive Telemarketer to join our dynamic team working from Home. This is a casual role where you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and a proven track record in appointment setting.

What you'll be doing

  • Making outbound calls to potential customers to promote and set up appointments for sales agents.
  • Identifying customer in a persuasive and professional manner
  • Achieving and exceeding appointment targets through effective proven techniques
  • Providing exceptional customer service and handling customer inquiries and objections
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions .

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a sales or telemarketing role, preferably in the healthcare or customer service industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence customers
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to handle customer objections effectively
  • Ability to work effectively and meet individual targets
  • Passion for providing exceptional customer service and a genuine interest in the healthcare industry
