About The Role
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and ready to take the next step in your retail journey?

We're seeking an experienced and passionate Part-Time Assistant Boutique Manager to help lead the daily operations of our Highpoint Boutique. In this key role, you'll support the Boutique Manager to inspire and guide a high-performing team, ensuring seamless boutique operations and delivering an elevated, memorable experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Boutique Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the boutique
  • Ensure the highest level of service is given to our guests, measured against set objectives
  • Inspire, coach, and motivate the team to consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Uphold brand standards and ensure a seamless, guest-first experience
  • Execute visual merchandising and stock management in line with company guidelines
  • Lead and contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture

About You

  • A minimum of 1 years' experience in a role within a similar retail business
  • Experience in an assistant manager or similar management role
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong team player with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Understanding of KPI's and the ability to analyse and report figures
  • Skin care experience is ideal but not essential
