YOMG Glen Waverley is now seeking Full Time Kitchen Managers to join our team

Applicants must be:

  • available to work standard business hours plus nights & weekends
  • available to work 38 hours per week with a flexible or fixed roster across a 5 - day working week
  • self - motivated & hands on
  • experienced in standard kitchen operations
  • trustworthy with glowing references
  • a great communicator, with charisma & amazing interpersonal skills
  • willing to learn & excel… we are all about internal growth - be driven, it is great for you & us
  • experienced in leading & building large teams, with proven past work history
  • customer service driven
  • passionate about hospitality, food & customer service

Tasks include, but not limited to:

  • managing teams on a day-to-day basis
  • hiring, training & the development of new team members
  • managing & controlling labour costs
  • maintaining operational policies & standard operating procedures
  • assisting with the management of purchasing costs & stock levels
  • rostering & timekeeping
  • working closely & reporting directly to your area manager and company senior management
